ASA and Widows Media Plugin

We just installed an ASA 5520. Our school subscribes to a service that provides information via video using either the Windows Media Player plugin or Quicktime. We can't get these videos to play. When we bypass the ASA device the videos play just fine.

Traffic passing through this device do so via dynamic NAT and I'm beginning to wonder if this is related to some protocol that must undergo inspection much like FTP and PPTP do in order to work properly. I tried RTSP with no luck.

Oddly enough, we are able to access any of a variety of sites that provide video in Windows Media Format and can load and play those files just fine.

Anyone have any experience with this issue. I'm sure there are relevant details that I'm leaving out... so please let me know if I can provide any further info.

check whether Inspect RTSP is enabled, if so disable using no inspect rtsp
