Ok so when I try to either delete rename or do anything with the file system I get the error stating that the file system is read only.
More importantly I get the same error message when I try to save the config through the command line, I dont get the message when I use the ASDM but the start-up and running configs are still different so it has failed.
I could reboot it and hope it comes back but as this is in a secure production environment I dont want to run the risk of it not comeing back.
Has anyone any ideas on whats happened and how I might recover it?
