ASA license never received by email

Hi

I have received 7 ASA (1*5510 and 6*5505) with the PAK associated for security plus licenses.

I connected to the cisco web site to generate the activation keys.

I received 5 activation keys by email but 2 are still missing and now I cannot use the PAK anymore since it is already used.

I'd like to have those 2 licenses re-sent by email so I tried to use the cisco tool :

https://tools.cisco.com/SWIFT/Licensing to look up the license.

The required fields are :

UDI Product Id, UDI Serial Number and Device Credentials.

I don't know what to fill in the "Device Credentials" field.

When I try with the PAK number, I have the error message "device auth failed for PID:*** SN:***

When I try with my CCO login, I have the error message "security word entered does not match the word on the security image"

Can anybody help me, please ?

You can open a TAC case to have someone to help you on this.
