asa5510 and 5520 - Ignore - now solved

Hi All,

I have been setting up an asa5510 ready for deployment to a remote site, this will have a VPN tunnel to our HQ and its ASA5520. At the moment i have them both connected to the same 2950 switch. Each firewall is connected to the switch at 100Mb and i have a couple of windows boxes at each end of the tunnel. The maxumum VPN 3DES\AES throughput according to Cisco is 170Mbps on the asa5510, yet im only getting a mere 8Mbps max!.

Ive checked the interfaces on the switch and ASA's for errors\mismatches but everything looks fine.

Where am i going wrong?

PS: tunnel is ESP-3des-md5

what was the issue here ? was it something to do with duplex/speed settings on the switch ? can u share, so that other people logging in can be of help.
