ASDM 5.2 username/password

I have installed ASDM on the Pix. I have not used this before. I browse to the inside address of the Pix 525 which is running version 7. The username and password screen comes up and I put in the same information as I would for an SSH session but the password screen pops right back up again. Any ideas on what may cause this?? Thanks.

Let the username field empty and like password use your enable password
