You can put a aaa except statement in the PIX for the device that is running your java app. Then this can bypass the authentication altogether. If you cant do that, try HTTPClient library. I dont know how it works but the PIX is sending a username/password request via http to your browser. All the client needs to do it fill in those boxes and send it back.
