I am seeing a strange problem with one of our remote users who connectes to us through VPN client. The remote users is connected from morning 7:00Am to 6:00Pm through internet. But for past some days remote user is being disconnected between 3:45pm to 4:15PM, I havent set any time restriction and also increased the timout setting to 600 Minutes.
Had anyone faced any similar problem like this ?
Any help/suggestions to get this problem rectified will be appreciated.
Re: Auto Disconnect of VPN Client on specific time.
Seems kind of strange, did you check the configs on the remote side for any discrepancy?? Since disconnecting at the same time there should be some time restriction set, can't think of any other reason.
