Does anyone know the approximate size (in bytes) for a typical RDEP message? I ask because we're setting up some remote IDS 4.x sensors and want to know how much network bandwidth we'll need to allocate for sending the alarm data back over WAN links. I have some historical data for our existing sensors in terms of events per hour per sensor.
Or if there's a better way to calculate this, please let me know...
