We have a pix 515, that we also use to log the bandwidth usage on our network. so far i have been using the Kiwi Syslog deamon, en Sawmill for the reports. This was getting almost impossible since the log sizes are rather huge (i need to log on informational) and sawmill takes its time to generate the reports....
I now have a dedicated syslog linux machine to handle the logs, and now i need to create some reports from this.
My Question, does any one know if there is a Sawmill look-a-like under linux? Also, what would be the best way to get the bandwidth info (i read alot about MRTG for bandwidth logging..)? Can some one please give me a hint on this ??
