bandwith consumption using ACS3.0

is there a way to control user bandwith consumption using ACS 3.0 on Windows NT ??

viz. we need to permit a user to download only x Mb.

does ACS have any feature for this ?

If I’m not mistaken, RADIUS has these attributes available. ACS supports RADIUS so you might be able to configure it that way. Anyone know for sure? I see no way to do this with TACACS+ either.
