Basic TACACS+ freeware

I am trying to find a basic TACACS+ freeware in the cisco site and saw in some document that it can be found at:

FTP: ftp://anonymous@ftp-eng.cisco.com/pub/tacacs/

But actually when I try to access the link, it seems to be not available. Does anyone know any other link that I can dowonload this software ?

The TACACS freeware software you mention was end-of-life'd quite a while ago now (see http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/cc/techno/protocol/ipsecur/prodlit/622_pp.htm). The FTP site you found is an internal Cisco site not available to the general public which is why you can't get to it.

Note that this is TACACS, not TACACS+. TACACS+ is still used today, whereas TACACS maintenance was stopped a good year or two ago.
