BBSM clients cant browse the internet

Problem : BBSM clients cannot browse the internet

Network: (INTERNET)----ROUTER(NAT)----(externat)BBSM(AtNatMP)---trunk---SWITCH(3750)-Clients

From the BBSM server I can browse the internet. From BBSM I can ping network components . When we add users to the 3750 switch, open a browser, authorization is ok. BBSM Connected. But then a screen comes up “You are connected to the internet……However, the internet address you requested was unavailable….try another URL ) “ . From the computer connected to the switch, I cannot ping www address ping time out but I can resolve dns-to-ip. Forwarding DNS configured.

I configure BBSM (step by step) in Laboratory because I have some error in clients install site.

Where is my mistake? Please Help.

Refer to the troubleshooting section of the Cisco BBSM 5.2 User Guide for more information which may fulfil your requirements

i check Troubleshooting Guide everythink ok.

:(

Clint cannot ping (ping time out) www but it resolv DNS-to-IP
