Blocking streaming audio on 1720

I have a customer who is using a 1720 router with NAT as their firewall. They would like to block streaming audio traffic. I am unsure if this means just RealAudio only or Windows Media Player as well. (do they use different ports?) How do I go about doing this? I have seen varying suggestions about the ports to block and would like a third opinion.

This is always tough to answer, cause there's always one more app out there that you'll forget about, and it generalyl won'ttake your users long to figure out that they can still use it. Anyway, for a good list of apps and they're associated ports, try:

Feel free to filter out whatever you like in this list.

How about approaching it from the other direction and creating an

access-list that only allows known neccesary port s( i.e. www, ftp ).
