Blue Screen, VPN 3.6.1, Win XP, Office XP

We are getting many Blue screen errors while using VPN. IRQL_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL errors. Can anyone help. I don't know what to do anymore and our users are quite frustrated. It happens at different times but it happens frequently, usually while users are using outlook XP over the VPN although that is the main reaason why they use the VPN. It happens Many times a day. Sometimes, it reboots the machine right after the blue screen so we don't have time to write down the error message. We have dump files, mini dump files and any other information you might need, if this can help you track what's happening. I'm afraid that if we don't find a fix, we will need to find annother solution.

If you upgraded to 3.6.1 then you want to make sure you uninstalled the previous version of VPN client before putting 3.6.1 on the machines. You could be running into the following Bug ID CSCdy78099. The work around is to uninstall VPN client version 3.6.1 and install client version

3.5.3 or 3.5.4.

We did not upgrade to 3.6.1. This was a fresh install. Here is an example of a blue screen info:

Also, we we install the vpn software, it says that the Deterministic network enhancer is not windows XP compatible.

"Deterministic Network Enhancer Miniport has not passed Windows Logo testing to verify compatibility with windows XP."

Also once the installation of the VPN is done we often get IKERNEL.EXE The instruction at "0x771c741a" referenced memory at "0x00163588". The memory could not be read "read". Click on OK to terminate the program.

This usually happens if we say no when prompted to reboot immediatly.

Is there an XP compatible version fo the Deterministic Network Enhancer Miniport ?
