Bridging two Novell 5 servers using VPN Connection

Hi,

I was wondering if this can be done.

Two networks running Novell5 servers bridged by PIX501 devices running VPN server. Ultimately, I want to achieve a secure tunnel between the two servers.

I have tested with the citrix solution, but no good due to remote printing issues.

Anybody have any ideas?!

Thanks,

Travis,

Re: Bridging two Novell 5 servers using VPN Connection

Hi Travis,

IPSEC tunnel between two PIX only can pass unicast IP traffic.

The only way I think you can do is through DLSW which can encapsulate bridge traffic into TCP port 2065, then you can pass the traffic through the VPN tunnel.

If Novell 5 has something like DLSW, it will be fine, otherwise, it can not be done.

Please check in following URL:

Hello,

I'll look at DLSW. Thank you,
