CA RA Signatures Lost on Reboot

I have 2 pixfirewalls that I am trying to enroll with private Microsoft CA. One PIX 515 an the headend and a PIX 501 at a home office. Both are running 6.2(1)code. The problem is that after I receive a valid cert everything works great until I reboot. On reboot the only thing cert left in flash is the pix's cert. The RA Sig, CA Sig and RA KeyEnCipher Certificates are all lost! So I have to enroll them again.

After enrollment I do a 'ca save all' and 'wr mem' but there are lost consistently after a reboot.

Any ideas would be helpful!

Correction the CA Certificate is the only cert left in flash. I have also have run 'clear flashfs' and recreated the flash file system just for good measure.
