Can I get the Pix to send traffic information to Websense?

Within Websense, the reporting function states that the amount of traffic a user passed through the Pix is zero. Websense (the company) states that the Pix does not provide this information to Websense (the software) so it cannot provide any reporting on it. Is there any way to get the Pix to provide this information?

Per user information is only available if the PIX/Websense integration authenticates the user and any "accounting" information is only available if URL caching in the PIX is turned off.
