Can not log into the Windows NT Domain

I am logging into the VPN fine, the problem is I am not able to log into our Windows NT Domain (could this be a issue with our PDC). If you try to authenticate We can ping all address, and even get e-mail via web. Our e-mail exchange server is currently a public address, the rest of out network is private. Could this be a problem with NAT?

I would really appreciate any help!!

Thanks,

Phillip
