can't get nat to work

Hello

I just received my Cisco PIX 515E (PIX 6.3.(1)) and through console i set up IP address then using Cisco PIX Device Manager (PDM 3.0(1)) i finished seting public IP gateway and dhcp, nat. It won't work though..

here is my config file

cpix# sh nat

nat (inside) 10 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 0 0

cpix# sh global

global (outside) 10 interface

cpix#

i'm able to access my pix from outside even different network just fine, so pix itself is up

my client configured for pix's as a gateway

can someone help me ? thanks in advance

Hi,

the nat/global command's look fine. Is it possible to post the rest of the config? Please remove public address and passwords from the config you post.

Try to set up logging to see what goes wrong. This are the commands to log to a syslog server:

logging on

logging host inside IP_ADDRESS_SYSLOG_SERVER

logging trap debug
