Can't get the stop-accounting packet, pls help!!!

This is a VoIP application, AS5300 as the originate gateway, all the authentication and authorization are correct, but when user finished the conversation, the Radius server can't get the stop-accounting packet. In the lab, we found that AS5300 doesn't send the stop-accounting packet sometime. Is there any mysterious command associated with it? or Can we adjust some parameters in AS5300, e.g. queue length?

Pls help.

I would also recommend opening a case with Cisco TAC. These accounting packets are UDP (radius), so chances are that either a) they are being dropped somewhere along the way due to congestion, or b) you have some type of funny IOS thing going on. It is probably a), I have seen this before. There is no command to fix this; if you see those accounting packets being sent at all, then they should be sent all the time.
