Can't get WebVPN working on VPN 3030 chassis

This v4.1.7P chassis is working perfectly for our Cisco vpn client setup, no issues. We decided to extend its usefulness by turning on and configuring WebVPN.

I've done this on an IOS router, Cisco 1841, works fine, so I'm following the same basic procedure to enable it on our vpn 3030.

But, when trying to connect to the vpn 3030 to the public interface from an internet ISP, I'm not even getting a logon window, error, not even anything. Eventually the browser times out and stops.

I did all of the usual steps to enable WebVPN, yet nothing seems to work. I can admin the box internally via https fine, so I know the self-signed certs work.

Any ideas where to attack this from?

Thanks, Jeff

Hi Jeff,

Try upgrading to 4.7.x

This OS generation is fully operative with WebVPN.

Check http://cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/vpndevc/ps2284/products_configuration_example09186a008055641a.shtml

You can skip the SSL Client part and troubleshoot why doesn't work now for your eenvironment.

For a full list of commands/options check:
