This generally means that the file was corrupted. Check the md5 sum on the file that you copied from CCO (the file that you used in your upgrade URL) against the CCO value. If that checks out then you can check the md5 sum on the file that was downloaded to the sensor and compare it to the value on CCO. Here are the steps:
