The IDSM-2 itself does not have this ability.
Instead this ability is built into Security Monitor which is part of VMS and used for monitoring the IDSM-2:

It can execute a few standard things, but can also execute user created scripts for doing things like sending a page.
VMS is available in a few different licensing structures.
If I remember right Cisco sells a 20 device license and a unlimited device license that can both be purchased from CCO.
If you will be monitoring less than 5 sensors then the license is available at no extra charge for user's with service contracts.
Just get the service contract number for your IDSM-2, and then go through the Product Upgrade Tool on CCO.
You will be provided with the option of ordering the VMS Basic CD at no extra charge. The VMS basic license is for 5 devices if I remember correctly.
