cannot display page

we have clients which have to cross a firewall to access the Internet. Recently all the clients got the error "cannot display the page", by the mean time all the clients were able to successfully ping the DNS server and the web server. I tried restarting the firewall, then the clients were able to browse the internet, but after a long time, i am getting the same error.

Put the logging level to debug and paste the output of it here when client are having the problem.
