You will probably want to contact the TAC and get and erase disk for the version that you are running. Run this on the PIX and reload it. Hopefully, you made a copy of your activation key, because you will need to enter it after the reload. If you don't have your key, you can e-mail "email@example.com". Include your PIX serial number in this message.
If you continue to have issues, you may want to open up a TAC case.
