Hi Brian,
My guess is that you have tried rebooting this device a few times, please do so if you haven't. Two or three hard reboots might fix this but if not then you must consider sending it back as this looks like a harddrive issue.
Do a Google on "ext 3 -fs error device ide 0"
I'm no Linux expert but fs means file system and ide has to do with harddrives. It sounds like your harddrive has crashed.
If you were allowed access to the Linux shell then there might be some hope, but only Cisco TAC can do this. Try opening a troubleticket and see what they say.
