CAS cannot find env file

When i boot CAS it gives me this error!

before login prompt

Starting perfigo: No env file found. IPsec not started.

i have done the basic configuration of CAS by service perfigo config and when i use the command service perfigo restart it gives me the following error

[root@CAS ~]# service perfigo restart

Could not find installation file

BaseAgent process stopped!

click: stopping router thread pid 5031

poll f8db0ee0: 4/0 freed, 4/0 allocated

click module exiting

Stopping IPSec...

---------------

No env file found. IPsec not stclick: starting router thread pid 5812 (f7cb2d00)

arted.

Stopping DHCP...

BaseAgent process reconnecting...

[root@CAS ~]#

If you run the command

More /root/.secret

On the CAMs and the CAS's you will get some output. If it is the same on

all machines, then the shared secret is the same and we need to verify

what the machines think the shared secret is.

the secret keys are same. and i think that it is not a problem of Keys its regarding a service not starting.

Do you think that re -installing the image is one of the solution to this problem
