CBAC Configuration Need Help.

I have attached CBAC configuration ,to correct this answer is ip inspect voice out need to configured on fa0/1.

As i know inspect rule always need to be configured on LAN side IN direction .

Can someone guide me when it need to be configured IN/OUT and what interfaces.
