CCA - Clean Access Server Internal Error:500

I am getting this error while connecting vpn, once the vpn connection established i am getting a pop up of attached error message. Any help on this will be highly appriciated.

During troubleshooting i found that my ip pool was not added in "Administration > User Pages" and also after connecting vpn i was not able to ping my cam ip. The moment i added ip pool in user page it started ping to cam and the issue has been resolved.
