CCA: MAC address filters are not deleting

CAM Version 3.6.2

Current Version of Cisco Checks & Rules: 16909

Current Version of CCA Agent Upgrade Patch:

Current Version of Supported AV/AS Product List: 44

Current Version of Default Host Policies: 6

Current Version of OS Detection Fingerprint: 5

I've added some MAC address filters that I now want to remove.

I added "00:01:4A:* Sony-PS2-PSP2" and after I deleted it and it's role, it behaves as if it's still there. In the CAM I've looked three times now and it's not showing up. In the past I've seen release notes regarding problems with subnet filters not being properly deleted from the CAS by the CAM. Is there some way to check this from the CAS? Any other things to I could try would be helpfull.

Re: CCA: MAC address filters are not deleting

If you add the MAC addresses globally on the CAM you will not need to add them to the CAS, in fact I would recommend that you don't do it this way. Just add them in one place or the other.
