Certificate Password Caching on a VPN Client

I have estabilshed a tunnel between a VPN Client and a VPN 3000 Concentrator using authentication via Certificates.

Client Release is 3.6.3

Concentrator Release is 3.6.7

Certficates are generated via a Windows 2K CA.

Everything works perfectly. The only problem is the fact that everytime the client tries to connect, he must choose the appropriate certificate in order to estabilish the connection.

At this point, the user is asked for the password of the certificate, also if the certificate has not a password (in this case it is enough to press the enter button).

My question is: is it possible to cache the password certificate so that the user is not prompted with the password everytime he has to connect ?

I gave a look at the documentation but I did not find anything interesting. Have you got any suggestion ?

Thanks for your interest.

I think that the following URL will answer your question about the certificate cache. http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/471/crl-http-vpn3k.html
