Certificate Stores and IKE authentication

When retrieving an Entrust certificate from Netscape, exporting the certificate and then importing it into another PC's MS Cert Store... The 3.1 VPN Client is sometimes saying that the certificate is from an untrusted store. I thought this might have something to do with having the root CA's cert on the PC as well since the cert is from a CA that the store doesn't trust, so I loaded the root CA's cert into the store and it still says it is from an untrusted store. Anyone ran into this?
