Cisco 1721 crypto map local-addres does'nt work with Cisco VPN Client

I've configured VPN between Cisco VPN Client on W2K and Cisco 1721 with RADIUS (according to example on Cisco web-site). It works fine. But then I set on Cisco "crypto map <clientmap> local-address Loopback N". After that VPN Client hungs up on "Securing communication channel", and Cisco1721 in debug mode says "IPSEC(validate_transform_proposal): invalid local address".

Is it VPN Client limit and it's impossible to terminate IPSec with Client by Loopback, or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks for all advise

Setting up a tunnel using the routers loopback interface is possible provided a globally routable address is being used. You will need to apply the crypto map to the physical interface itself. However, you will secify that the loopback's IP be used by using the 'crypto map local-address' command.

For example, if loo0's IP is to be used:

crypto map local-address loopback0

Please see the following URL for more info on the command
