Cisco 2314 as Firewall

What would be the recommended IOS version required and memory requiremenst to use a Cisco2314 router as a firewall. This is to be used to separate wireless access points from an inhouse wired network. There will be less than 5 wireless clients. Are there any sample config for this type of use.

do u mean Cisco 2514? I dont think IOSFW features are avaialable for 2500Series routers.
