Almost 2 years in use. Rock solid. No major complaints at all. I don't care for the fact that I can never grow past 100 concurrent tunnels but if you needed more than that you would have gotten a higher model anyway. GUI interface is not the most logical set-up in the world but once you are familiar with the box it really doesn't matter. I am running VoIP over VPN as well and have both software only clients and 3002s in Network Extension Mode. Works like a dream.
