Recently upgraded the OS on Cisco 3030 VPN Concentrator from Version 4.0.3.Rel Oct 22 2003 to Version 4.1.7 (H). Uploaded the image file and rebooted to make the new image file active. The Concentrator appears to be working fine. Remote clients can connect and establish a VPN session without a problem.
However, now cannot establish an http administrator session with the concentrator. Get a 403 Forbidden and cant even reach the log-in screen, from the inside interface.
Re: Cisco 3030 VPN Concentrator Admin Session Problem
Are you able to establish an administrative session via telnet or via the console? While the web based interface is much easier and generally is preferable for managing the device, access via telent or console would allow you to review how the web intreface is set up and possibly to make changes to fix the problem.
