Is it possible to have my router connect to a Micrsoft VPN server? We have servers setup running MS Routing and Remote access. We establish the VPN connection from the client PC to the server via IP and PPTP (I think). Sometimes it's annoying to have to connect the VPN connection and I'd like to have my router do that for me auto-magically. Traffic destined for a certain subnet etc is sent to across the VPN connection. My 877 has a private DSL line back to my data center.
I'm not really sure if I explained what I'm trying to do very well. How would I accomplish this?
Could I use a dialer interface? I'm guessing I would use static routes to point my "Interesting traffic" at the dialer interface, which would contact the VPN server's IP?
Which technology should I look to to accomplish this? Thanks in advance!!
