Cisco ACS Duplicate Accounts

Can anyone tell me why when we create a new account sometimes only the account name is saved, when we go and enter the rest of the details a duplicate account is created. I can delete the duplicate complete account but the user account with blank details still remains, please help.

This can be done by reinitialization of database.Remove the account with duplicate username and password.Then stop the ACS services.From a DOS window, go to the CiscoSecure ACS base directory and 'utils' subdirectory and run the command csutil -q -d -n -l.This will dump the current database, reinitalize it and then reload the data back into the database.
