Cisco ACS server

We are Running a Cisco VPN solution for dial-up users. Using the Cisco client V1.1 they are authenticated using the Cisco ACS server. However when they authenticate they always get the message NO domain Server was available to Validate you Password.

Has any one else encountered this and what was the answer.

We find that if you press cancel it will then log you in.

If you are using the VPN concentrator or PIX you need to upgrade to client version 3. If you’re running IOS VPN, the new client version coming out later this year.
