i want to hnow if there is cisco client vpn for PDA, the version ans how download it

I am sorry to give you the bad news. There is no Cisco VPN client for PDA's that is a software of produced by Cisco.

However there are other third party VPN client that might work with the Cisco Concentrator or the PIX firewalls.
