Cisco Concentrator 3000,ipsec backup server

Hello, we have defined a ipsec backup server in the client config tab. We have now the problem if a user connects with a slow connection (e.g. modem dial-up) the clients connects to the backup-server, although the primary concentrator is activ and running. Is it possible to modify the time the cisco vpn-client 4.0.3 waits before he tries to connect to the backup concentrator and what is the default timeout ?

Unfortunately it is not possible to change the default timeout for this. The client will wait 5 seconds for a response from the primary server before then trying to connect to the backup server.
