Cisco ICMP Timestamp request patch?

Does Cisco have a patch to mitigate a vulnerability of ICMP Timestamp request for the following Cisco IOS? If they are I would like to know the patch number for the fixes. If not, are the IOS patched when purchased?

The IOS' are:

12.4(4)T ADV ENT

12.2(25)SEB2

12.2(18)SXF5 ADV IP

By default, devices running all Cisco IOS versions will process ICMP timestamp (Type 13) packets. This behavior cannot be modified.

By default, devices running all Cisco IOS XR versions will NOT process ICMP timestamp (Type 13) packets. This behavior cannot be modified.
