Cisco IPsec Client blocks incoming packets PPTP doesn't work

I have noticed that the latest version of the Cisco IPsec VPN client. blocks incoming packets. for example PPTP doesn't work when the cisco Ipsec client 4.8.01.0300 is installed on a windows XP

machine

However when the Cisco VPN service is stoped the PPTP sesions completes succefully.

anyone has an explancation or workaround for this?
