Cisco NAC OOB with AD SSO

Hi Guys, I have a NAC solution with appliance (both) CAM and CAS 4.1.8 version. I´ve already configured the AD SSO parameters and checked the AD SSO Services which is running with no issue, and it seems to be working all right but when I try to log an end user with its credetials of AD login process fails....I got some file from the CAS and saw the following message...

Nov 23, 2010 5:18:56 PM com.perfigo.wlan.jmx.admin.GSSHandler run

SEVERE:IO Error:Socket[addr=10.88.43.65, port=1371, localport=8910]:Read timed out

Nov 23, 2010 5:20:02 PM com.perfigo.wlan.jmx.admin.GSSHandler run

SEVERE:IO Error:Socket[addr=10.88.43.65, port=1385, localport=8910]:Read timed out

Nov 23, 2010 5:22:10 PM com.perfigo.wlan.jmx.admin.GSSHandler run

SEVERE:IO Error:Socket[addr=10.88.43.65, port=1403, localport=8910]:Read timed out

Nov 23, 2010 5:30:50 PM com.perfigo.wlan.jmx.admin.GSSHandler run

SEVERE:IO Error:Socket[addr=10.88.43.65, port=1416, localport=8910]:null

I´ve checked the local port on the CAS using netstat -a | grep 8910  and it is OK..

Guys, pls could you tell me what esle to do or troubleshoot to solve this issue ?

Thanks a lot

Re: Cisco NAC OOB with AD SSO

Hi,

When you say that login fails, what exactly happens?

Do you get any error message?

Are you able to login into the domain prior to the Agent popup?

HTH,
Tiago
