Currently, VPN access is setup using a Cisco Pix 501 and Windows internet connection client with PPTP. VPN works great, but while connected to VPN, user has no internet access. Is there a way to allow internet browsing while connected to the VPN?
I figured it out.. quite simple actually. For anyone who is using the Internet Connection client in WinXP to establish a PPTP VPN with a PIX- go into the TCP/IP properties, click advanced and under the "general" tab uncheck the option to "use defualt gateway on remote network.
