Cisco Secure ACS on NT/2000

I'm going to use a Cisco ACS 3.0 on Win2k. I'm also looking for ways to make that setup robust e.g. by implementing a second ACS server. Ideally, I would like to have loadbalancing from the VPN3000 gateways to the two ACS's. So, does ACS have features to enable a kind of clustering or workgoup function ?

You can run redundant servers with ACS to handle numerous authentication requests if the primary server is too busy.
