Cisco secure v2.3

hi guys

every time my primary server(nt4.0 Server sp 6a) running v2.3 replicates to the secondary,I get the following events on the secondary server system log;

The CSRadius service terminated with service-specific error 100.

The CSTacacs service terminated with service-specific error 1066.

The service then restarts.

The service has to be stopped for the replication to occur. This is normal behavior.
