I would like to view the 24:30 min video on the overview of Cisco Security agent but I can not with guest privileges. Any reason for this?

I can't think of a single reason why you are being denied access.

Cisco has a fine product in its Cisco Security Agent and you should be able to see for yourself

its merits.

or email them at

cs-support-us@cisco.com

Someone will surely get you in touch with a "live person" who will get you access to the video, and will probably get you a visit in person from a salesman from Cisco.

Just be patient. You know you are a god customer and that Cisco will want your business.
