There is none as of yet. The acquisition won't even close until later this fall.
What it all means for ASA, IPS, CX etc. has not in any way been shared outside of Cisco as far as I know. Industry speculation is that Cisco will slowly deprecate their IPS offerings (and perhaps even the Ironport WSA and CX product lines in the long term) in favor of the SourceFire technology (based on Snort).
Personally I'd expect that all to be at least one and probably more like 2-4 years out for it to come to complete fruition.
