We are encountering a problem that we can't figure out. Currently we have people out in the field that connect to our VPN Concentrator 3005 with the Cisco VPN client 3.5 over a AT&T dial-up. No problems whatsoever. When we have our Earthlink subscribers connect, they aren't able to browse or connect to any of our apps. We narrowed it down to a WINS issue, but can't figure out why this is happening with Earthlink and not AT&T or any other ISP. Any insight? I called Earthling and they said that nothing is blocked.
